Things I’m loving in January and a Llandudno adventure :)

Hello, I’m going to be honest and say I’m not feeling the best today- the fatigue is really really heavy but writing always takes my mind off it :) so here goes... I thought it’d be nice to write down all the things I’m loving this month as a way to look back on the things that make me smile. 1) “Expectation” by Anna Hope - I’m just over halfway through this book and LOVE it 2) Waitrose assorted teas that include peach and honey and also strawberry and camomile flavours 3) The Body Shop - Chai Latte shower gel - thank you for amazing Christmas gift Katie!! 4) Lush’s  hair shampoo bars - perfect for sensitive scalps 5) Bath bomb’s and body lotions in general - I’m never normally that organised with body care but I’m learning to fall in love with body butters! 6) Having loved ones that are incredibly supportive and want to be there even when I feel rubbish ❤️ 7) Candles! - I don’t think I’ve fully appreciated them until my 22nd year!!  8) A little canvas book bag that I brou

Trying to be organised in 2020šŸŒŸ

Hiya, Today is a very chilled one for me, after work yesterday I thought I’d go for a swim today but it seems like my body needs a rest so that’s what we’ll do. This post is all about tips and tricks I’ve learnt and actually stuck to since last January. It was in February 2019 that I started Bullet Journaling for the first time and realised just how much easier it made everything! As someone who has bad brain fog due to an illness, the anxiety you can feel when easily forgetting things is horrible, and so to just simply write down all your plans, memories and important events is so vital. I think because actually keeping a diary for thoughts has never been my thing (I tend to write all ideas here and love it), but I think tracking plans or key events is a much easier thing and doesn’t have to be perfect like I imagine a diary to be. Last year, I made my own Bullet Journal. I loved how you can put in you

Things I am continuously and forever grateful for...

Hi, I know I haven’t written for a good few months, but seeing as I find my little blog much more like a diary than anything else I think it doesn’t matter how long I’m gone. I think I’ll always come back to writing. So much has changed in my life in the last few months for the better and all of it derives from a boy who’s the very best person I’ve ever met and who also happens to have a name beginning with J ❤️. A lot of people have been making resolutions for 2020, but I think it makes much more sense to write a list of things to be grateful for. The smallest of things I’ve found mean the most and so I think it’s so important to cherish these things. 1) To be sitting in a warm house and to have a device to write this on at all 2) By the grace of God, to have a family that LOVEs me, that supports me and cherishes me 3) To be safe 4) To live in a country with comparatively fewer natural disasters than other countries  5) To have a brain that functions enough to empathise and
